Justin grew up flying to remote locations to fish and camp with his grandfather in a 1949 Bellanca Cruisair. After many years away from general aviation, Justin began flight training, purchased his grandfather‘s Bellanca, and has not looked back since. Prior to his flight career, Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Willamette University, worked in oil and gas production and conservation, and had many years of small business ownership. Justin has a passion for the intricacies and endless things to learn in aviation. Justin is as much a student of aviation as an instructor. His ratings include CFI, CFII, MEI, and tail wheel.
